• You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

• You agree not to share your account or allow unauthorized access.

4. Paid Features

• If paid features are introduced, you will be informed of applicable fees before purchase.
• Payments are processed through the app store or other authorized channels.
• All purchases are final unless required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Beehive Information Technology Solutions with Light & Shadow Information Technology Solutions.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App without prior written consent.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your information.

7. Limitation of Liability

• The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, except as required by law.
• We do not provide emergency or rescue personnel, nor do we provide security services.
• MyKuwago is not liable and is not responsible for your internet and telecommunications access. These are your own responsibility and we do not maintain telecommunications infrastructure nor do we assure you of any access to internet or telecommunications features.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted within the App or on our website. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines.
